KIDS MUSICAL THEATRE FITNESS

WHAT IS KIDS MUSICAL THEATRE FITNESS?

Let your child unleash their energy and creativity in our Kids Musical Theatre Fitness classes! Over the 45 minute class, they'll stay active and develop essential coordination, strength, and balance through a combination of fun games, exciting choreography, and age-appropriate exercise techniques.

By blending the energy of musical theatre with fitness, children will build physical confidence, improve motor skills, and have a blast whilst learning the joy of movement and performance. It’s the perfect mix of fitness, fun, and musical magic!

We have three age groups for our classes:

  • Little Stars (ages 5-8)

  • Shooting Stars (ages 8-12)

  • Super Stars (ages 12-15)

The classes are taught by experienced teachers who have undergone background checks, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students.

IS THERE A UNIFORM?

There is no set uniform, but we encourage children to wear comfortable clothing that isn’t too loose - like a t-shirt, joggers or leggings, and trainers is ideal. We also have an online shop where you can purchase Musical Theatre Fitness merchandise, including t-shirts, bags, and jumpers.

CAN PARENTS WATCH?

To ensure we manage capacities safely across our venues, parents are not permitted to stay and watch our classes. However, if it's your child's first session or you’d like a quick peek, we're happy to accommodate this occasionally.
